Chaska — Restaurant in Fermanagh and Omagh District

The burgers are odd. The Meat is cooked until it is black outside and had a deep red hue to it inside. I say "meat" as I was unable to identify what it was. It tasted a little like a Kofti kebab but shaped in a burger patty. It was certainly not just beef, possibly horse, perhaps lamb mixed in too, maybe some unwelcome spices. It was not unpleasant but certainly not what I wanted. I doubt it was a quarter pound either, slightly on the small size. The tomatoes on the burger were not sliced but chunks. The only sauce on it was tomato ketchup right next to the salad No mayo. Bun was fresh. All packed in the awful polystyrene boxes.

They didn't ask if we wanted salt and vinegar on our chips / fish that we ordered unlike every other chippy I've been in. So they were rather bland and lacking flavour. Chips were well cooked and chunky with the odd skinny McDonald's type fry mixed in.

The menu looks massive so they get 1 extra star for variety but I won't order here again as I like my food to taste like I expect not gamble with mystery meats and plain chips.

Absolutely atrocious customer service.

Called them because some of the food I ordered from delivery was missing, they said "I give all to delivery driver, maybe they didn't give" then hanged out. Didn't offer a refund for the missing food, didn't offer to call the driver so we could get our food. Just straight up hanged out. Actually shocked at how BAD this was. We order from them often and spend +£40 every time, definitely never ordering from them again after this.

Edit: changing the review from 1 start to 4, I am assuming they called the delivery driver to fix the issue and he came back to give us the missing items. The worker at Chaska was still rude hanging out previously, but they fixed the problem and that's much...

Was ment to write this ages ago ... don't know how this place wins awards for kebabs they are shocking compared to other places ( I've ate alot of kebabs) kamals is alot better... get a delivery it's cold , pizzas are hit n miss if you want food that's maybe gonna be good maybe gonna be bad this is the spot ! Like a mad Russian roulette. oh and the burgers😮 quality of meat used throughout is shocking grainy full of cartilage etc. korma is shocking I did get it once or twice along time ago was like a bag of sugar in it so afraid to order anything off that end of the menu 😶. Price of things isn't to bad I will change this review if I decide to go back and it's better . Bought from here alot over the years but...
