Coral Bar & Lounge — Restaurant in Folkestone and Hythe District

I thought as a restaurant owner and chef of some respect over the years,I enjoy my chicken pie. Some had lamb that was not tender enough and was left. Other food was lacking in reel flavour expected for the amount of money paid? The survice was good and repor and friendly attitude by staff was good. Very poor afternoon tea. Very much a tired Clifton hotel item and certainly not the Marco Pierre White one that I paid for and expected. Old crumbly dry scones, only strawberry jam and a miniscule ramekin of cream, sandwiches straight from the fridge and pretty poor cakes, nothing was special. It turned out to be an embarrassment for me as it appeared that I had ordered and paid for a cheap afternoon tea. Would not recommend and will not...

Small lounge bar but excellent staff and service.. very friendly and attentive and was made to very welcome throughout my stay.. I must say a huge thank you to Zsofia for her excellent standard of customer care and quality of service.. very friendly & polite & a reason to come back to this bar whenever I'm in the area again.. well done...
