McDonald's — Restaurant in Framwellgate Moor

It’s been more than four months since I last visited this McDonald’s and I’ve decided that never again will I purchase anything from them ever again . Even if the kids are begging me I’m not going to do it. Have to do drive through as only me in the car with one child and didn’t want to get her out . Order handed over and just as I’m about to leave the car park the 6 year old says …..the order is always wrong from here ….so I check and low and behold the 6 year old is correct , stuff missing . Now if a 6 yr old remembers that the order is always wrong surely the volume of people complaining the order is wrong would trigger something with the management ….. After parking up and walking in and explaining I’ve just received half my order via drive through I’m met with a young person who appears to look at me as if to say ….So ! Im asked by the young person what I want and my reply was simply just a complete order , suddenly a manger springs into action and tells the young person what to give me ….honestly it is a shambles . Meanwhile whilst I’m waiting for the rest of my order the deliveries orders are just stacking up and being placed on the side waiting for the drivers to collect …. Never will I go back...

Came in for the new Pokemon Card sets in the Happy meals, they haven’t even started the promotion in this shop yet but they have in others.

The shop is absolutely packed and hard to stand and wait for food as there were no tables. Had to wait for a table and people kept taking them before I even got to one. There was about a 15 minute wait on food which was annoying. When it came out it wasn’t anything to be amazed over. Messy burgers with a lot of lettuce. They did however follow the grill order correctly. The milkshake and frappe weren’t good at all. The cream had melted on the frappe and the syrup ontop of the cream wasn’t an ‘M’ and the milkshake machine obviously hasn’t been calibrated in a while as it overfilled the cup and went all over the place.

The only saving grace about the service was the Asian cleaner. She was really polite and didn’t stop working through the school end period when the shop was packed.

It wasn’t a great experience as it’s not fast food anymore and the food wasn’t dressed correctly, drinks were great. The music was amazing though. 5 ⭐️...

as i am currently sat in this establishment i can’t be gain to explain how appalled i am at this experience, to my displeasure my coca-cola was luke warm and my burger bun was to thick. To my suprise i was sat on one of them uncomfortable benches (which could be improvised massively) and i glanced to my right and saw a substance which strongly resembled vomitus after this experience i felt rather queezy. Id like to add that the lack of mcflurrys was at an all time low which wouldn’t have bothered me had i not been fancying a cold mcflurry but to be fair it probably would’ve been like warm like my coca cola. I find it rather unprofessional the staff had NO hair nets i think this is very unhygienic this establishment should invest in some (possibly from amazon or even ebay) If giving 0 stars was an option believe me i’d be straight there. ANYWAYS off...
