be careful ordering on this website saying payment not accepted yet 2 pending payments rude arguementive lady on the phone even saying cant have order as we havent paid regular customers and treat you like this now £60.40 down for a week ( as bank take 7 days to cancel) and not even an apology certainly wont be using these again good to see you can lose good customers

in reply to your response we had to wait 14 days for both refunds so payments were taken we were loyal customers and your customer service was disgraceful and as to you reply shocking we haven't and will not be ordering again i suggest you take a customer...

Ordered chicken curry and rice which arrived within an hour to find it inedible.. inch cubes of precooked, possible frozen chicken and sauce with little or no flavour. Called at 7.50 to complain and request a refund, which was agreed only after a lengthy discussion. Called again at 9.15 to ask if they'd forgotten. lemon chicken was very old and purple, somehow stale and crunchy (not the batter, the actual chicken was cooled but hard to bite through) chow mein tasted like nothing and the beef was very chewy. noodles smelt very old, like old oil. charged us for a bag we didnt want. sweet and sour sauce tasted way too vinegary. went back to complain about the chicken- got a refund for the chicken but had to argue, tried to tell us ‘thats how we do our chicken’ when it hasn’t been like that before- obviously making an excuse for...
