Burger Master — Restaurant in Gloucester

Visited Burger Master on 30/10/2020 and had a good chat with Stuart, whilst my food was being prepared. Stuart was very attentive and made sure that everything I ordered was correct.

After discussing with Stuart how my girlfriend wasn’t made up when she first tried the garlic mayonnaise. He reassured that the recipe is at its best and when we got home, I asked my girlfriend how it was and her response was “unreal!” Which is always a good sign!

The food was prepared by Biff, and tasted excellent as always! Adding the Mac & Cheese bites was also a great suggestion, would recommend for anyone to try!

Thought this was still Burger Star but it’s obviously changed hands now. Popped in after work and the member of staff was on his own but greeted me in a very believable way. Only waited a few minutes to order and throughout the whole Burger Master experience I was treated to great customer service, positive outlook and no fake cheese apart from that on my burger (which I actually like the plastic cheese slices) when my food came it was hot, delicious and the fact I could pick a sauce which was a Burger Star tradition, it was amazing. 100 times nicer than the big two up the road so I will 100%...

Not sure if the people writing all the amazing reviews went to the same place as me! The food is overpriced, the meat is cheap and doesn't taste good, staff had half scratched off nail polish, no hairnets, no aprons, handled money then wen to kitchen without washing hands, I looked at the door to find the hygiene rating but these wasn't one, no wonder. Had a piece of metal in my chips, the Aircon was blowing all the cobwebs and dust around.. this was my first and last visit. For the same price (£17) you can have two amazing delicious wonderful burgers at 5...
