Costa — Restaurant in Gloucester

My experience was unpleasant. The girl with an accent serving had poor people skills and made me feel as though she was doing me a favour. The service was unfriendly and as if I'd done something wrong to be honest. I made a friendly joke but there was no breaking that ice. Needless to say, I won't be back but for those that are going, be advised that while I was waiting, I did see 3-4 flies which landed on uncovered cakes and around the coffee machine and cups etc so from a hygiene perspective, this isn't an area this particular Costa is...

Atmosphere colder than the frappe I ordered. Had to wait 5 mins for the girl to finish putting cups away (slowly) before she reluctantly came to serve me. Asked for my drink, she tried to scan my code and just stared at me when it didn’t scan… when my drink was ready she didn’t put it anywhere near me she didn’t have to take another step. Can’t complain about the drink...

Thors who served us was incredible! Very knowledgeable of the coffee on offer and offered a perfect suggestion when I told him what I wanted. Great asset to your team here in Gloucester. Smiled from the get go and very friendly....
