Our recent excursion to the restaurant was beyond phenomenal, it was downright extraordinary! Picture this: a cozy evening spent in the delightful company of our nearest and dearest, surrounded by laughter and joy, all while indulging in the most delectable cuisine imaginable. It was an experience that left us absolutely speechless, in the best possible way. Now, let's talk about Stan and the remarkable team who orchestrated this culinary masterpiece. From the moment we crossed the threshold, we were met with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that set the tone for the evening. Stan, in particular, exuded a level of enthusiasm and dedication that was truly infectious. His passion for both the food and ensuring our satisfaction was palpable, and it immediately put us at ease. As we settled into our seats, Stan wasted no time in regaling us with tales of the restaurant's finest offerings. His recommendations were nothing short of inspired, each dish carefully curated to tantalize the taste buds and awaken the senses. From savory appetizers to decadent desserts, every morsel was a work of art, bursting with flavor and creativity. It was as if each bite told a story, weaving together ingredients and techniques in perfect harmony. But it wasn't just the food that left us in awe; it was the entire dining experience. The team's attention to detail was unparalleled, with every aspect of our evening meticulously planned and executed. From the perfectly timed arrival of each course to the seamless refilling of our glasses, it was clear that they had thought of everything. And yet, it never felt forced or scripted; rather, it was like dining with old friends who just happened to be experts in the art of hospitality. As the evening progressed, we found ourselves completely immersed in the magic of the restaurant. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right amount of buzz to create an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation. Conversations flowed effortlessly, punctuated by moments of shared delight as we savored each new culinary creation. And then there was Stan, ever the gracious host, checking in on us periodically to ensure that everything was to our liking. His genuine concern for our enjoyment was both endearing and reassuring, a testament to the level of care and dedication that he and the team put into every aspect of their craft. By the time dessert arrived, we were positively glowing with contentment. It was the perfect end to a perfect evening, a sweet finale that left us feeling both satisfied and grateful. And as we reluctantly bid farewell to our newfound friends at the restaurant, we couldn't help but reflect on the incredible experience we had just shared. In the days that followed, we found ourselves unable to stop talking about our dining adventure. We regaled friends and family with tales of the mouthwatering dishes we had sampled, the impeccable service we had received, and the unforgettable memories we had made. It was clear that the restaurant had left a lasting impression on us, one that would be cherished for years to come. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of an exceptional dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply craving a night out with loved ones, you won't find a better destination than this. Thank you, Stan, and the entire team, for giving us a night we'll never forget. You have truly set the bar for hospitality, and we can't wait to return for another round of culinary bliss.

Turned up at 7 on a Friday evening and this place was packed out. They very kindly sorted us a table despite the fact we hadn't booked (any later and they'd of probably, and rightfully, had to of turned us away.. so we recommend booking). I wasn't sure what to have so the waiter explained the difference in the seabass dishes. I was NOT expecting the portion size that came and it was all delicious! Mix of Turkish (mainly) and Greek dishes. Beautifully presented. We even got a free bread basket with dips whilst waiting for our mains and it was lovely fresh cooked with a garlic mayo style sauce and a spicy salsa, both very tasty. Our bill came to £59 pounds; 2 beers, large wine and 2 main courses. We left a tip and rounded to £70. They brought out some pieces of Turkish delight with the bill (instead of the usual mints)

I think tonight was our 5th visit to Anatolian Palace and every single time the service has been top notch. All the members of staff are friendly and helpful. Today we was served by Shafiq (hope I got his name correct) Shafiq was very friendly, happy and helpful and gave us perfect service. It was our sons 13th Birthday so we made sure they did the complimentary song and dance which never fails. This is by far the best restaurant we have here in Gloucester the food is perfect, staff are friendly and helpful, atmosphere is second to none aswell as it being a clean and beautiful restaurant. Just to add we have very picky eaters in our family yet everytime we come here we are all so happy with our food and not one complaint not even from our 13yrs, 11yrs and 6yr olds, clean plates all round!

I recently dined at Anatolian Palace with my family, and while there were some positives to our visit, overall, I left feeling quite disappointed. There were a few things the restaurant did really well, but unfortunately, the food itself didn’t quite live up to expectations. Starting with the good points—the service was great. We were seated quickly upon arrival, and our food came out in good time, which is always appreciated. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which helped to create a nice atmosphere. The restaurant itself is well laid out, with a modern and stylish design that makes for a pleasant dining experience. One thing I really liked was that they brought out free bread at the start of the meal. It was a nice touch and something that added to the experience. However, the food itself was where things fell short. I started with the calamari, which was a big letdown. The batter was dry and slightly oily, making it quite unpleasant to eat. It was served with sweet chili sauce, which I personally don’t think was the best choice. A classic tartar sauce would have been much better, as it complements seafood far more than a sweet sauce does. For my main, I ordered the house special. The flavors were nice, but I found the food quite dry without any sauce. I asked for some garlic mayo to help with this, only to later realize that they charged £3 for it! In most restaurants, sauces like this are usually complimentary or at least reasonably priced, so this felt very sneaky and unnecessary. If you’re already paying a premium price for the meal, charging extra for something as simple as a bit of sauce feels like an unfair additional cost. On top of that, I found the lamb cuts to be overly salty, which took away from the overall enjoyment of the dish. My mum ordered the lamb shank, and unfortunately, she wasn’t a fan. While the meat itself was tender, the entire plate was drowned in gravy, which overwhelmed everything else. The carrots were undercooked and hard, and the potatoes were just as tough. Even the mashed potatoes were completely soaked in the gravy, turning the entire dish into a soggy mess rather than a well-balanced meal. My dad had the sea bass, and while the portion size was generous for the price, he found the fish to be very bland and dry. There was a serious lack of seasoning, which is a shame because sea bass has so much potential when cooked well. It just needed a bit more spice or even a drizzle of lemon and butter to lift the flavours. My sister had the Et Sauté Lamb, which she enjoyed, especially the rice, but even she mentioned that it could have done with a bit more spice to really bring out the flavours. Another thing I think the restaurant could improve on is the pricing. For the quality of food we received, I do think it was overpriced. While the portion sizes were fair, the actual execution of the dishes didn’t match the cost. And again, the £3 charge for a small portion of garlic mayo was ridiculous—something like that should either be included or at least charged at a much lower price. One small suggestion I would make to the restaurant is to offer a free jug of tap water on the table. It’s a small gesture, but it really does go a long way in making guests feel valued. Overall, Anatolian Palace has potential—it’s a lovely restaurant with great staff and a welcoming atmosphere, but the food needs improvement, especially in terms of seasoning, texture, and balance. The pricing also needs to be reconsidered, as certain charges feel excessive. I wouldn’t rule out visiting again, but I’d hope to see some changes before doing so. The free bread at the start was a nice touch, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and from the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The welcome was genuine and friendly, with staff who struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. My table was ready immediately, and from the very first moment, I felt like a truly valued guest.

The waiter’s service was exceptional. They provided detailed explanations of the menu, recommended the freshest dishes of the day, and even shared the chef’s special suggestions. While taking my order, they were patient, attentive, and always smiling. My food arrived quickly, and the presentation was nothing short of stunning each plate looked like a work of art.

As for the food… from the very first bite, the quality of the ingredients was undeniable. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked, the sauce was balanced, and the vegetables were incredibly fresh. The seasoning was spot-on — not too strong, not too mild. The bread and appetizers served alongside were also far above the usual standards. For dessert, I tried the REVANI , which was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal.

The timing of the service was ideal I never felt rushed, yet I didn’t have to wait too long either. The waiter checked on my table at just the right moments to ensure everything was perfect, without ever being intrusive.

The cleanliness of the restaurant stood out as well; from the spotless tables and gleaming cutlery to the well-kept restrooms, it was clear that attention to detail is a priority here. The soft background music added to the atmosphere without disrupting conversation.

In terms of value for money, the quality of the food, service, and ambiance makes the price absolutely worth it. This is a meal and an experience I won’t forget anytime soon.

In short, this place is a perfect combination of delicious flavors, high-quality service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether it’s for a special occasion or just a pleasant evening out, I would wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be coming back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟thank you , Anatolian...
