Buy once pay twice, con artist, who know what they're doing, to steal your money. be very careful going here!!!!

I'm very angry, i worked one shift in Gloucester, i'm from Bristol, these people in here are con artist, and commit fraudulent transaction, they lie to their customers, and may even steal your card details.

I never use Subway, this is my second ever meal from these places, as i was desperate for food while working away, and went in there only because my work mates did, i bought a meal deal, i had the same meal as my work mate, apart from no sweet corn, and chicken instead of beef, while i was eating my meal deal, she come to me and said the transaction didn't work, so i binned the first receipt, like an idiot, and didn't think to check my bank for the money coming out, anyway, when i got to counter, she said i had extra cheese, which i didn't, i had the same meal and my work mate, it went from £9.09 to £11.00 then when i said i didn't have extra cheese it went back down, to £9,09, the first time i paid with my card, i swiped it, second i had to put my card in the machine, and was hesitant too, but paid it, this morning while checking my transactions, totally unrelated to this meal deal, i see i'm being charged twice for the same meal, i'm like 40 miles away from this place, i'm thinking now the second time they asked me to pay could of been to take my card details off my card, i'm very angry, and will talk to my bank today and get my card cancelled, and a refund for one of the meals....

Hiya, yesterday 19th jan 25 at arround 7.10 pm i was in a subway at London Road Suite 17 Gloucester GL1 3HB. We could not find a member of staff in the counter for a while. After 5 minutes one tiny little indian girl came from kitchen with a grumpy face and said, "wait i am a bit busy in the kitchen" then she said to the delivery man who came before me, "your delivery is already ready there, near the till counter, take it and go" she said. No respect, no smile, no manners ...at all towards the customers, looks like she was not expecting any customers at that time, she wanted to finish her kitchen job first, i felt that her priority was not the customer who is waiting on till counter. I was thinking to leave the shop because of her bad behavior, but I changed my mind and did buy an Alstar footlong as usual. I am not a regular customer, but at least once in every two weeks I am going there to buy some food for my night shift in Gloucester hospital. Its 1st time I had a bad feelings from your shop....

Avoid unless you want money taken off you! Visited 2 weeks ago and got told by staff that my card was declined, as did my friend. So I payed for hers again and it was accepted and paid for mine again and it was also accepted! Got home to realise that the money had been taken out for each of our food twice. Went back today and asked for money back and gave proof, he wouldn't give us money back and was reluctant to even give us a subway that we had effectively paid for 2 weeks ago 🙄 not a good experience and wasn't...
