Could have been so much better, the owner needs to remember that less is more with a good burger...

The solo comes in cheap mass produced bread bun, with the solo burger it has cheap sauce covered (tasted like a late night low cost kebab shop) and some peppers / onions which are just not needed. Packaging is not bad at all and the burger patty was ok, but had no seasoning, so they just cover it in sauce. The donner meat just is not needed, if you have a good patty and a small bit of salad, with a good quality toasted bread bun, then you on for a winner.

It's a new business, so i hope they take my comments and improve as it would be good to keep them in York, if they just tweak what they are serving.

Kebab on naan bread, well it should have been, but it was on a pre made pizza base. For a place owned by an Indian family and they have an Indian take away on site, this is shocking and shows that they simply do not care.

Got a chicken burger, I have to say this was very nice, bread once again is rubbish... Cheap cash and carry bread buns.

For what it is, over priced... Still cash only, this business if it...

Tried Back Street Burgers for the first time and I’m seriously impressed! The Cheetos Burger was next-level – the perfect combo of crunch, spice, and juicy chicken. If you’re into bold flavors, this one’s a must-try.

The Philly Cheesesteak Sub was packed with tender meat, melted cheese, and just the right amount of seasoning – every bite was mouthwatering. And the Chicken Peri Burger? So flavorful and juicy, with just the right kick of heat. You can tell they put care into their ingredients and seasoning.

We also had a couple of milkshakes, and wow – thick, creamy, and full of flavor. Easily some of the best I’ve had.

On top of the amazing food, the service was excellent – super friendly staff and surprisingly quick turnaround, even during a busy time. You can tell they know what they’re doing and they do it well.

Highly recommend – can’t wait...

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Customer complained about wrong food being sent and complained multiple times about bad food yet they claim she is a scammer hahaha. ive ordered here myself previously and food wasn’t too bad actually it was good however they gave me one of the burgers incorrect and which I had to go back and request a new one to be made. Judging by other previous reviews they have a history of messing up orders and blaming the customers which goes to show how much a Great team they have and how “good” their customer service is. Wouldn’t be surprised if there was rats scurrying around at the back of the shop. So please, I humbly am going to give some advice to the people at backstreet burgers. Respect your customers and check orders before they leave the shop. I’ve never seen a shop mess up so...
