Perfect little spot for a breakfast. Really trendy cafe that is attached to A1 Moto services. Whether you're into your motorbikes or not, you don't want to miss this place for breakfast if you're nearby. Service was attentive but not intrusive which was welcomed. The wait for food wasn't particularly long either considering the cafe was packed. When it came, it was a high quality breakfast packed with flavour. All the usual suspects with the addition of spam and black pudding which you usually have to pay extra for. They also use a nice bloomer bread which is a perfect accompaniment to the breakfast, much better than your box standard sandwich loaf. Spot on wee café. Not the cheapest, but excellent value as the food is really good. They do a variety of breakfasts, burgers and toasted sandwiches, all fresh cooked to order, plus tasty coffee and cakes. Generous portions, tasty good quality food and the hollandaise sauce on the Eggs Benedict is lovely. Has a nice ambience with chesterfield sofas, old wood floors and a traditional (but not working) jukebox plus lots of 50s etc objects on the walls. A real gem, and not just for bikers; although Cafe Moto is attached to Yorks Triumph Motorcycle dealership, you don't need to love two wheeled transit to eat here. The staff are wonderfully welcoming, the coffee is good and the food is surprisingly well done. Price wise, it's a real bargain.
