Paid £25 deposit I was told would be given back to me or used for drinks so I ordered a bottle of prosecco to be on my table on arrival, went to be at one and nothing on arrival and in all honesty I forgot I was due it. When we left I remembered that I had pre ordered and paid £25 for the prosecco so I emailed be at one to ask for my money back (as the deposit is apparently paid back to you in cash or drinks according to what is said when booking) as we didn't have the product. I recieved an email saying they would get back to me asap with a reply they were just asking the bar and checking, that was 7 days ago still no reply. I have emailed again asking but no reply to that. Very disappointing that no one has got back to me. I paid £25 for nothing as we paid for multiple drinks when there. Seems a bit of a rip off/scam that they ask you to provide a deposit that will come back to you but then they conveniently forget to bring you the pre paid drinks and no one replies to the email query. Will be making sure I let anyone who is thinking of booking there know to be aware of this poor service. This is a shame as pre covid I liked Be at one and have always found the service and drinks good but this has really let it down and I see from other reviews on the booking website many others have had issues getting there...

I recently visited Be at One and had an unforgettable night, thanks to the fantastic atmosphere and the exceptional service provided by the staff—especially Kieron. From the moment we arrived, Kieron made us feel right at home. His energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and he took the time to craft the perfect cocktails based on our preferences. His knowledge of the menu and the way he explained each drink showed a true passion for mixology.

Not only was Kieron attentive, but he also had a great sense of humor, which really made the evening feel special. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a memorable time, and Kieron definitely did that. The cocktails were delicious, and the entire experience felt personalized, with Kieron suggesting some unique drink options we hadn’t tried before.

The vibe at Be at One was lively and fun, and Kieron's service was the cherry on top. I’ll definitely be back, and I can’t recommend this place (and Kieron) enough for anyone looking to enjoy top-notch cocktails and fantastic...

Tried going there yesterday with a friend. No queue and doors open, but when we tried going in the bouncer held my friend up and said "you don't know where you are, mate." The way he said it made us think he was joking but when my friend tried going in again, the bouncer stopped him again.

We asked him why we're barred, as I had certainly been in before, but he just repeated the same exact sentence a few times while blocking the way.

Before you think the obvious I should point out we were both sober. Maybe that was the problem?

Now I have nothing against bouncers doing their job and this is a private business so they can refuse entry to whomever they want. But it would be good to know why we were refused entry beyond "you don't know where you are, mate." Lack of information can lead to misunderstandings.
