Absolutely abysmal!
We went as a group of 5 having Pre booked a table and drinks package for £165. The table was booked for 10:00pm, we arrived at 9:45pm and saw a long queue and the bar was beyond capacity from what it looked like. We joined the queue and waited for a few minutes but as it wasn’t moving one of the group asked a bouncer if we had to queue as we’d reserved a table for 10 o clock. He directed us to another queue on the other side so we went and joined that one instead.
Clearly there were quite a few people in a similar situation to us as all we could hear in the queue were complaints about how long they’d been waiting to get in despite having booked a table.
30 mins went by and we hadn’t even moved an inch, it was 10:15pm by this point so again a member of the group asked what was going on and the bouncer, rather rudely, shrugged her off before letting in a group of 5 young girls in minimal clothing who weren’t even in the queue.
We waited for another 15 minutes (45 minutes total) before asking the door staff if we could just get a refund at this stage. It was cold, raining and windy and we were stuck outside waiting to get in for a table we had already paid for. He got another member of staff who informed us we wouldn’t be able to get a refund there and then but that we would have to email them. He told us to get the email from the website, didn’t offer to provide us with one and said that it was because they were too busy that they weren’t able to get a table free.
I thought the point of booking and paying for a table was the guarantee that you had one… I guess that’s not the case?
After checking the website there is no email to get in contact leaving us back at square one having paid over £160 for not getting a table or drinks and having to go somewhere else after waiting for 45 minutes in the rain.
There were no apologies from the staff but rather rude looks, grunts and a complete lack of solutions.
What should’ve been a fun, birthday celebration and a bit of treat ended up being the worst part of the whole night due to abysmal organisation.
I wish I had looked at some of the similar experiences I’ve read on here since as I wouldn’t have bothered booking it in the first place.

Read moreWent for a bottomless brunch for mums birthday, great service from Jay! Couldn’t do enough for us all. Atmosphere was good had a DJ there too, was served by a blonde lady as well seemed to be one of the managers, she didn’t seem too happy to be there- my mum was brought the wrong food order no big deal it happens, when my mum was trying to explain the blonde lady pulled a face and responded “what” thought this was quite a strange way to respond to someone who had received the wrong food. From that point on she made us feel like everything was a chore for her where as the other guy Jay was the complete opposite, and Jay was rushed off his feet and was still polite and happy to serve everyone there. I’ve worked as a bartender myself I get how stressful the job can be and when it’s busy or if your having an off day- it’s not easy to be constantly smiling and cheerful however basic manners cost nothing. Despite this we enjoyed, had a little mix up with the bottomless brunch finish time but was all cleared up by the general manager who was polite in clarifying...

I had a very disappointing experience at this venue. Despite having paid and pre-booked for an event, I was denied entry due to wearing a tracksuit. What stood out was that several staff members inside the venue were wearing hoodies, which raises questions about the consistency of their dress code policy.
When I inquired whether this was a discriminatory decision, I was told that it’s private property and management reserves the right to refuse entry at their discretion. Unfortunately, there was no mention of a dress code on their website or booking page, which made the refusal feel arbitrary and unfair.
To make matters worse, I was not offered a refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this venue—particularly if you’re a...
