Beijing Noodles (Bracknell) — Restaurant in Great Britain

Worst experience ever, now I don't leave these reviews often, mine usually com out as happy and good feedback but this was ridiculous. Ordered from them as I had eaten from them at work and food was lovely. Placed order via Just eats, delivery was accepted and set to be delivered on 50 minutes, 20 min after delivery time we called to find out what was happening. We're told that they were busy and it would be another 25 minutes, not happy but ok willing to wait, after another hour passes we called again to be told the delivery was out and they are sorry for the delay, was told it would be 8-9 minutes this time. I was not impressed and told them this, again apologised and said they were very busy. Again we waited, another 45 minutes later, by this point I had given up on being fed, they called me "sorry our driver broke down, it will be another 25 minutes to send out fresh food." I'd had enough we had waiting 2 hours for our dinner to turn up to be promised it would be another 25minutes, I had heard that before; an hour earlier from the same guy. We cancelled our dinner and asked for a refund as we weren't willing to wait for another 25 minutes after waiting for 2 hours, advised, again, they had been very busy and that's why it was taking so long. I'm sorry but I've never order from a place that was so "busy" it took them 2 hours to call me and advise it would be another 30 as the driver had broken down! If your that busy why accept the order!!!! Highly disappointed NEVER order in from them again and wouldn't advise anyone else to either! Worst service...

Food was actually very very tasty and I was enjoying it until I came across a little friend in my meal - massaman curry, pak choi and coconut rice.

We immediately got on the phone to the restaurant who suggested the slug / beetle must have been on the delivery bag, though the food is well wrapped in containers and cellophane, so this is not possible. The creature was in one of the dishes!!!

The restaurant said they would refund the meal in fairness to them, as well as offering a discount on a future purchase. I’m sorry to say there will be no further purchase!

This is such a shame as the food tasted amazing and was by far one of the best Thai meals I’ve had in awhile.

I don’t wish to sabotage anybody’s business as mistakes happen, and it’s possible the creature hitched a lift on the pak choi. The restaurant did their best to remedy the situation and couldn’t have done more. That said, there’s a bug in my food and I feel duty bound to leave a review.

Awful experience with Beijing Noodles. We ordered via just eat, 10 minutes after expected delivery time we called and were told food was 5 mins away. 40 minutes, numerous calls and being hung up in later, we told them to cancel and refund us. The delivery driver then turns up 10 minutes later and we told him to take it back. He didn't speak any english and then left us with completely inedible food. It was soggy, the prawn toast smelt off and also cold. Thankfully just eat refunded us, we spent £60 which was a rip off. We will never use Beijing Noodles again. We ended up ordering the same meal from Binfield Kitchen , it was half the price and we picked it up...
