I recently visited the Pizza Hut restaurant earlier this afternoon with my sister, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. As soon as we entered, we noticed that the restaurant was mostly empty, with only a few customers seated. We chose a table slightly away from the entrance and counter area. However, just as we were about to sit down, a staff member approached us and rudely told us not to sit there.
He claimed that another staff member had been waving at us to indicate the table was unavailable, but we hadn’t seen him. He then stated, “Now he is mad at you,” while another man gave us a rude look. The explanation given was that the table hadn’t been sanitized after the previous customer left, although the seat looked just as clean as the other empty seats, with nothing visibly dirty. We assured him that we didn’t mind, but he didn’t listen and continued speaking to us in a condescending manner, questioning whether it was our first time at the restaurant and if we had eaten there before. His tone and attitude were far from friendly or professional.
Feeling unwelcome and insulted, we decided to leave. Neither of the staff members made any attempt to clarify the situation or address our concerns; instead, they simply watched us leave and then returned to the kitchen as soon as we stepped outside.
This experience was deeply disappointing and left us feeling disrespected. We still can't understand why the staff behaved this way. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, and that future customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, regardless of their appearance or any...

I ordered 2 pan pizzas for 19:45. pizzas finally arrived at 21:30 (after several calls), both pizzas were raw in the centre (you could spread the dough across the box, it was that raw. Called to complain, told new pizzas would be with us within the hour.... they never arrived. Made a complaint to head office as was given £15 off my next order (although the order cost me £31)? Anyways, onto the next order a week later, again both pizzas arrived raw (again). i called the manager and he was very rude and told me, he checked the order himself and I was lying, he reluctantly sent out 2 more pizzas which were raw. I drove down to the store with all 4 pizzas and demonstrated that you could spread the dough. I was told, that just how it is and if i didn't like it, tough,. I demanded he made them again and after 20 minutes of being subjected to the most unprofessional conduct (by the manager in dirty tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt) he finally agreed to cook them again. Read moreHi there, I visited Pizza Hut on Thursday and was blown away(not in a good way) by the service I have received. The manager on shift saw me waiting for over 10 minutes and still decided to ignore me, forcing me to press the desk bell. When she finally decided to take my order, her tone was rude and cold! Refused to make a pizza of my chose, and raised her voice when I told her that I’ve been ordering this order MANY TIMES in the past. At the end the pizza was undercooked and wasn’t cut properly. I have never ever had any previous issues in the past. The other two managers that I have encountered in the past are just brilliant, always smiling and delivering an outstanding customer service!! Im not sure what happened to the other two managers that served me with professionalism, but if the manager that served me on Thursday is the new one in charge… I’m afraid that I will no longer be a customer
