This is the worst food I’ve had in years, inedibly bad. I emailed directly to give feedback saying that the food made my partner ill and they didn’t even bother to respond. It wasn’t that it was badly cooked, the food itself was just awful. We threw it away

I used the contact form directly on your website, at least a week ago. But for the sake of constructive feedback; Chocolate bar milkshakes are supposed to be thick shakes, not just milk put in a blender with a chocolate bar. The chicken had obviously been frozen and some parts of it my partner was struggling to bite through The beef burger has lots of unnecessary ingredients mixed in with the meat that made it taste nothing like a normal burger and made it a strange colour.

Gourmet burger! absolute joke of a place, this is your typical middle eastern owned burger/pizza joint, but cleverly disguised as some kind of place that is passionate about burgers!. The website is clearly a template purchased direct from the internet. Within 30 seconds of taking my order I heard a microwave fire up in the back (bad sign!), what I was served was a very small, bad fairground burger, in a Warburtons style burger roll with a small squirt of ketchup for £5.95!!! The bun had a circumference half the size of the burger! Do yourself a favour and go to the Chinese next door or buy a decent burger from Waitrose for less. Absolutely shocking. Very disappointing 1 out of 10 Normal Chips not Fries (very basic) Classic Burger had spices in the burger slight curry taste.
