Monday 20/7/20 2pm 24C. I decided to visit this place for an ice cream with my friend. I normally base my reviews on the overall experience and take a couple of pics, however this place was so shallow and Informal that was nothing that caught my eyes for a pic. I requested a scoop of vanilla and a strawberry milkshake. The 2 girls serving were not welcoming at home, however polite but far away from customer care. Vanilla ice cream was served in a coffee paper cup, and the milkshake was so milky that lost the flavour of the strawberry ice cream. Looking around was nothing really appealing to catch the attention of the customer’ eyes. It’s such a shame as the location is great, but all the rest is “mehhhhh”. Overall if you are looking for a quick coffee on the go, I guess will be fine however For all the rest I would not even bother. I will pay a visit again in 6 months to find out if some things has changed for better but in the meanwhile I rather prefer to spend my money...

We visited Zio at the end of a day trip to Brighton, looking for somewhere to have some drinks.

The service was ok. The staff (who were friendly and approachable) took our order and we were asked to take a seat and told us that they would take our order to us. It turned up in an acceptable amount of time and looked as we were expecting. I needed the toilet during our visit, but the café didn’t have any. I had to go on a hunt around the marina to find some. This was a big down-side.

The special latté which we ordered vas very nice and good value, but the rest of the order wasn’t as good. The mocha and hot chocolate both seemed to be much more watery than it should have been, so didn’t quite taste as we would have liked. The milkshake didn’t seem cool enough. It was almost like they’d taken it out of the fridge and left it on the side for about five minutes.

So went here today with a friend & her Son. Friday 10th August 2018. Asked if the Ice Cream was Gluteen Free. A Young Female Servicer said it was Dairy Free not Gluten Free. Turn to My Young Son saying sorry it's not Gluten Free it's Dairy Free. Which confused My Friend who's a Chef My Son & Myself. As normally if Its Dairy Free it's usually Gluten Free. But being Ice Cream didn't think it could be Dairy Free. We asked can we check the Ingredients. She replyed Aggrestively NO. So We questioned it. The Female Server said I know what it is. Very Rude Female. I told her no need to be Rude. I have to check or he will end up in Hospital. So I told her I didn't want anything. Disgusting behavour towards customers. Worst thing is on The way Out on there Chalk Board it says Dairy Cream Ice Cream. So Please tell Me how that...
