Casa del Mar — Restaurant in Great Britain

We went in for lunch today, they took sometime to take our order. They were busy, but people were getting served who came in after us. We placed our order for 1 childs meal, and 3 tapas and 1 fajitas. The girl came back and said you get a tapas with your fajitas, so we ordered another, which we thought was great. We then got our meal minus the fajitas, I asked and they had missed it off so we got a long wait for these and were advised they would not charge. When bill come we were chaged for 2 meals and 3 drinks and childs meal. I queried this and said the fajitas should have not been included the bill was revised after some debate with no explation and no apology. I paid as I felt a bit uncomfortable, when I left I had been charged for 3 drinks, when one should have been included in childs meal, and for 3 other dishes so really I had not got the fajitas for free, to be honest I dont think I will return. Previously I have been here quite allot, but after today I just felt the whole experience was dissappointing. Probably unluck, but if the staff had been more friendly I would have forgiven this. I accept it was a busy Saturday but after waiting for over 20 mins we had to flag down a passing waitress and ask for our order to be passed to the kitchen. We ordered only items that were listed as GF but when the halloumi fries came there were bread croutons on them. We didn't make a fuss as clearly the staff were busy and no one at any point came to ask if everything was okay with our meal. At the end of the meal I mentioned this to the waitress. Who, after consultation with the kitchen staff, said that the dishes listed as GF on the menu are only GF if you ask them to be!? Perhaps if someone had actually come to take our order they may have pointed this out or asked about any allergies. Perhaps if someone had asked if everything was alright we might have quickly resolved this. Perhaps dishes should not be on the menu as GF when they're not. Judge a restaurant on 2 things; food and service. Both were sadly...

Disappointed... Family meal for a birthday.. Table booked for 5 pm. Waited ages for drinks order taken. Soft drinks were flat and watery. Sent them back. Waited ages for the bread.. Waited until after 6pm for the actual food.. Which was as good as usual. Asked for 2 jugs of water and 1 had a fly in.. Didn't complain as would have had to wait again for staff /replacement.. Shame badly let down by the service tonight. We had to be out by 7.15pm I was told when I booked over the phone - felt we had to rush to get out. Felt bad for our daughter as it was her 16th today.. Bought cakes on the way home as hadn't time for dessert.. Feel an overall let...
