Been here twice recently they musnt like my face. The first time I had to wait over an hour for my food. I felt that the staff knew there was a problem with my food as they kept looking at me for a reaction, instead of coming over to explain which would have been fine. I thought I would give them another go unfortunately this time it was worse. I ordered the seafood platter with crusty bread. When it arrived the bread was toasted brown sliced bread. I thought ok let it slide my crab and chilli fish cakes were the consistency of mashed potato then the prawns on my skewer were like rubber. I told the waiter who took them away to the chef came back and said he was sorry but he had overcooked them, if he knew that then way put them on the plate! I asked for my bill and was going to be charged with the full amount until I questioned it then the young lad deducted it from my bill.its a shame because the place is lovely. Service was very slow asked for the simplest drinks water and two cordials 15minutes before we got them and the food well that wasnt much to right home about need to learn how to cook a proper parmo !!!parmo sauce was garlic 🤔also had bone init,to which I just got an apology!waiter and a waitress didnt even no if the parmo burger was made with breast (not at all good when your supposed to be a waiter/waitress)steak just tasted like a cheap fillet steak (supposed to be ribeye),food was brought out and waited at least 5mins for the cutlery ,wont be returning...

Came here really last minute on a Saturday night due to a cancelled food booking elsewhere and we had a great time, Hannah was incredibly accommodating considering there were 8 of us last minute and she looked after us the whole time making sure we always had drinks and even when it came to taking our food orders she made sure everyone got exactly what they asked for with no mistakes, and the food all arrived at the same time so nobody was sat waiting.
