I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chachoo’s Restaurant, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best spots for authentic and delicious Middle Eastern cuisine in the area. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with friendly staff who make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

The highlight of my meal was definitely the Chicken Alfham Mandi. Perfectly spiced, tender, and juicy, the chicken had a wonderful smoky flavor that paired beautifully with the aromatic rice. The spices were balanced, enhancing the dish without overpowering it. The rice was fluffy and fragrant, with subtle notes of saffron and herbs that made each bite a delight.

Chachoo’s takes care in the presentation as well, making the whole dining experience feel special. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Worst Customer Service ever !!!! Never buy from here again. I have ordered food through from there online website, they got a minimum order amount 30£ 😂 which is a scam and also paid a delivery fee of 5£. Waited for long and order was not received the time displayed on the bill. Since it took long and was not delivered. I called their contact number for delivery status. Surprisingly they don't even know the order was placed and the guy over the phone was very rude and egoistic ( definitely not fit for this job). When I enquire about the food ,he said they are very busy, which is totally understandable. Without an apology he said it will take more time to deliver. I even try to explain we are starving for food. This guy even ask me to come and do the takeaway and he will refund the delivery fee in such a rude tone. Absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel. We placed an online order 45 minutes ago, and after waiting for a ridiculous 30 minutes with zero communication, I’m beyond frustrated. There was no counter staff to attend to us, and when someone finally appeared, they were incredibly disrespectful. To make matters worse, after all that waiting, they came over and said, “Oh, you had an order? Everything’s ready now!” It was clear they hadn’t even bothered to listen properly. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our food, despite them claiming it was ready. The food might be decent, but the service was appalling, and that completely ruined the experience.
