I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with KFC that left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied. As a loyal customer who had previously enjoyed their meals, I was excited to take advantage of a tempting offer displayed prominently in front of their shop. However, not only did I not receive my meal, but the whole ordeal left a sour taste in my mouth.
Upon seeing the appealing advertisement, I eagerly approached the KFC counter to place my order. The offer clearly stated that I would receive a specific meal at a discounted price. I expected to enjoy a delicious meal at an affordable cost, but sadly, that was not the case.
To my dismay, when I placed my order and handed over the required amount, the staff informed me that the advertised offer was no longer available. I was left feeling deceived and frustrated. If the offer was no longer valid, why was it still prominently displayed in front of the shop, luring in unsuspecting customers like myself?
What was even more disappointing was the staff's lack of professionalism and empathy in handling the situation. Instead of offering an apology or attempting to rectify the mistake, they simply shrugged it off and told me to choose something else from the menu. This disregard for customer satisfaction only added insult to injury.
Furthermore, the overall service at KFC was subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to customer inquiries and needs. The wait time was excessively long, despite the restaurant being relatively empty. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for KFC, and their actions spoke volumes about their lack of professionalism.
As a result of this terrible experience, I have lost faith in KFC as a reputable fast food establishment. Their deceptive advertising and failure to deliver on their promises have left a lasting negative impression. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere, where I can trust that my expectations will be met and customer...
Read moreAfter doing a no carb diet for months I caved in after a skin full of beer during the rugby World Cup final and got myself and my girlfriend a kfc. I stuffed it under my coat and walked 20 minutes back home, sheltering the bucket under my coat from the cold sleety elements outside like a wild bear protecting its cub from danger. I stumbled home to surprise my girlfriend with the 8 piece dipping boneless feast with 2 large gravy’s (as that’s the whole reason we go to kfc), only to find that the gravy had been totally left off the order. The whole meal, weekend and entire rugby World Cup had been ruined for me. By the time I had got home it had just passed 23:00pm so the store had closed so I couldn’t pursue the matter. I tried to whip up some bisto instant gravy but to be honest this made the whole situation worse. I found the receipt the following morning and with thanks to modern technology I am able to identify that “Millie” was the one that served me that night, as it was printed on the ticket. Mills my friend you’ve gotta up your game. But never mind, we’re only human and all make mistakes. I hope you have a wonderful new year and next time, make sure you’ve packed all the sides! Yours faithfully, One very sad,...
Read moreKfc isn't as good as it was a few years ago, that's probably because they have had to make it healthier with a lot less salt fat, that being said it still tastes very nice, the place is always clean and tidy and the staff polite. They have a number of bar stools and benches and also some tables and chairs as well, they also have a upstairs, but being disabled I haven't been up there. The disabled / baby change toilet is down stairs and accessible through 2 doors, the disabled toilet is usually nice and clean and doesn't smell, the only small issue I find is that access to the disabled toilet is a little cramped and the corridor narrow, you would struggle to get a wheelchair or baby buggy through, the corridor is also access to the staff area and kitchen, they have 2 self service points in the restaurant and keep the salt, pepper, wipes, condiments and straws on a self service basis on the counter on the right hand side ....
