Chef Philippe — Restaurant in Great Britain

Chef Philippe was superb when I visited Brighton for a week in October 2023. So much so, that one night of trying the food led to three more return trips! I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced the food was for the top quality that I received.

Philippe was very friendly and cooked the food right in front of me, happy to make tweaks to it to suit my pretences. I’ve never had such delicious burgers (the rosemary roasted potatoes were superb too), wood fired pizza or beef bourguignon before in my life. I was highly impressed and felt spoilt!

I rarely eat out as I’m fussy about having decent food. The fact I returned so many times is a true credit to Philippe and his amazing little pop up restaurant - he is a truly talented chef. And being able to take my meals back to my camper van to enjoy was an added bonus. I’d return again in...

Wonderful French patisserie, wood fired pizzas, huge sausage rolls, toasted sandwiches and homemade burgers! A very welcome find at Brighton Caravan Club - made our weekend extra special and all our visitors loved it too!! Everything was delicious, fresh and the highest quality. Being the only option for onsite food this is a no brainer the pizzas though not big are excellent and at £10 offer a great snack - if you are going to be clever and order 16, give the guy a chance and do not hog the queue and others waiting time.. he sells other nibbles \ cakes in the day which are very filling high in...
