Saffrons — Local services in Great Britain

Ordered a home delivery from Saffrons and food is quite frankly superb. The Dhansak is one of the best I’ve had. I know it’s sad but if you save some and have a day later it is to die for! Really really impressed.

For the second time within the order they popped in a free rice, which is so easy to do but a really nice ( unexpected) touch. Also on our second order free popadoms arrived with a free mint sauce.

Love it when a restaurant/ take away does it so first class.

In recent times, even when going in person to place an order, they haven’t respected what was requested. It’s frustrating to end up paying for something you didn’t order. There’s a clear lack of attention and professionalism in their service. As frequent customers, this has happened to us more than once. On this occasion, the order was taken by a young woman, and when we asked the man if the order was correct, he said yes — but it wasn’t true. I won’t be ordering from this...

Loyal customer/waited an hour and a half. No apology. Delivered extremely hot overly reheated meat. Chewy, no taste, badly seasoned and not up to their usual standards. Standards seem to drop Mondays, I think it’s lazyness or lack of staff. But I had another order previously on a Saturday and it was perfect.
