CUPP Bubble Tea - Victoria Road — Restaurant in Great Britain

I visited this place for bubble tea and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. When I walked in and placed my order, the staff member looked confused and didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for, which made things a bit awkward. I ended up ordering a fruit tea (strawberry), but the options were only “more ice” or “less ice” there was no way to get it without ice.

The drink itself didn’t taste great to me, and it just wasn’t what I expected. I originally wanted a regular size, but I was told they only make large, which felt a bit limiting. Overall, the experience wasn’t very smooth or enjoyable, and I don’t think I’d go back.

Edit: I had a small issue with my order at first, but the customer service team handled it incredibly well. They were quick to respond, very professional, and went above and beyond to make things right. After I created an account, they even offered me free vouchers, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Ordered 4 drinks from this place on two different occasions. Both times messed up the orders.

Unable to add tapico to the bubble tea order even though asked for it. You end up with sweet milk a bit of ice. Mixed up the ingredients to what was ordered.

Incompetant staff both occasions 2 different servers.

I wouldn't waste my time with this place or money again.

If you want proper bubble tea i'd recommend HI Tea in Breahead.

I expected this to be good as I've tried their tea's in London many times however the standard is not the same unfortunately. Got their classic milk tea's with tapioca boba and honestly it wasn't great at all. It seemed like the milk was off and it didn't have the sweetness one would expect. Maybe it was just a bad batch.
