Dipty Food — Restaurant in Great Britain

The food, its quality has all gone downhill. The owner is very rude and has no customer service manners at all. We used to like their aloo paratha but got stomach bug twice. The theplas are now more like khakras. Please do not waste your money. FOR your reply-

This shows again how rude you are....we are not born today we have been buying from you for past 3 years now. We have also taken to our friends in London and Manchester. On twice occasions your quality depletion was noticed in allo paratha but we just kept quiet. We loved your theplas and always bought in bulk but now in 2 hours they go hard and on microwave have gulp down hastily if nothave to throw away. You feel your business and productivity is 100% hence you cannot take a customer feedback but sad to say...

Tried to place an order on Sunday morning, initially told it would take 2 hours to make 20 thepla and a few other bits(all things which just needed frying) then received a call to say it would actually take 4 hours for my order to be ready. As I'd travelled from London this wasn't going to be acceptable. Went somewhere else where my order was gone while I waited. Definitely won't be trying to place...

If I could give minus stars I would. Appalling customer service and terrible food. This food place has gone downhill. If you are looking for good quality food and value for money I would not recommended anyone to go to this place. This used to be good but not anymore. Not only is the staff rude but the food is not worth it. Even if it was free. Save your money and time and...
