If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I had the most disgusting and appalling experience from this shop. Received what I ordered and as I was having it I got the longest hair in my mouth. This was very off putting so I approached the male staff member that served me to show him and asked him what he could do for me to rectify this as from a hygiene perspective it is not unreasonable for anyone to ask for a replacement or a form of compensation which I left to his discretion.

Instead, I was met with aggression and hurled abuse and received no apology for this bad experience.I was told to leave when I said this and was treated so disrespectfully. I am not a confrontational person, nor do I ever go out of my way when having a bad experience but this was a very horrible scenario and has left me very shaken. I have never been met with such aggression when asking for something very reasonable.

Instead of receiving an apology and being offered a reasonable solution I was instead subjected to aggression and verbal abuse from the male staff member. He lacked any respectable qualities and clearly needs to learn some customer service skills. I’d hate to think how many people he has treated like this who have been too shaken to share their experience as I was a bit reluctant myself but wanted to ensure that people were made aware of my horrific experience and can refrain from wasting their money on a business which is abusive to its customers. Not treating its customers who have paid for their food and drinks with any form of respect just tells you all you need to know about this place and why you should save your money and spend it on a much more deserving business.

There is also clearly a Food hygiene issue here as clearly there are no precautions in place to prevent such things from happening. The male staff member did not have his hair tied back nor was he wearing a hair net when preparing the food and drinks which are basic precautions taken in a food and drink business. I also noticed he did not wash his hands when preparing a customers order even though he was touching his phone and playing with his shoe. I will be contacting the Food hygiene services to look into this because this was something I only witnessed and experienced in 20 minutes I wouldn’t like to imagine what happens on a daily basis. But I would definitely not recommend this place, you know a business is not worth giving money to when instead of receiving an apology after having multiple hairs in your food you receive abuse and are told to get out. Such a horrendous place with disgusting staff especially the male staff member.

Stepping into the charming Bubble Tea House for my daughter’s birthday was truly a delightful experience. The ambiance was inviting, and the décor was simply enchanting.

The moment we entered the Tea House, we were greeted by a whimsical display of colour creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. The walls were beautiful, depicting scenes of nature and blooming flowers, adding a touch of elegance to the space. The seating area was cosy and comfortable that complemented the overall aesthetic of the tea house.

The menu at Bubble Tea House was extensive, offering a wide variety of flavours and toppings to choose from. From classic milk teas to fruity blends and even specialty drinks, there was something for everyone to enjoy. My daughter was thrilled to see her favourite flavours on the menu, and she had a tough time deciding which one.

When our bubble teas arrived, we were impressed by the presentation - each drink was topped with a generous layer of creamy foam and perfectly cooked tapioca pearls. The drinks were not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious. The balance of sweetness and creaminess in each sip was just right, making it a truly satisfying treat.

The staff at Bubble Tea House were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our orders were taken promptly and that we had everything we needed throughout our visit.

Very instagram friendly but a bit overrated, if you like real bubble tea that isn't sickly sweet and actually tastes like tea then I'd recommend going somewhere else. My issues are that the prices are quite high and every time I go in they get my order wrong! So I've paid money for a drink that isn't nice and so I give up now. There are better places to go.

The menus need to be clearer and have more info on flavours and ingredients so you know what you're ordering and don't have to talk to the staff because they act like they're too busy to talk, don't really know or describe things very well. I don't like my bubble tea warm and always ask for more ice but they don't listen. I've also asked for extra tapioca and this has been forgotten or they've run out. I understand that it can be busy in there but you still need to get people's orders right. I tried ordering via the app and that was useless as well, no info on drinks and took an hour for delivery. Same on Instagram, they post new flavours or drinks and don't tell you what it is. Maybe they'll listen to my review and take note to help out other customers who don't care about social media and just want a good product that...
