Fresh Bites BBQ Fish & Chips — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered at 8pm advised be there by 9-9.10. Called at 9.30 enquiring as to eta Told would be 5 mins Arrives 9.55. Food luke warm and chips looked like just survived a third world war... standard kebab delivered not large as ordered and paid for and one with no salad just the extras order and chicken pieces dry as the sahara! Very disappointed. Called them to tell them my concerns and that the order was not right and the phone was put down on me. Called back on another phone and the 'gentleman' repeatingly asking me 'what do you want from me? I asked him to acknowledge the food was sub standard and the order was wrong as paid for large and didn't get it but he started shouting at me demanding I bring the food back if I wanted a refund. . Very rude no apology they obviously do not care his attitude was disgusting trying to intimidate me and we will never order...

I usually enjoy food from here but today the experience was so terrible I almost can't believe it. The order was wrong and when I called they said they would deliver a replacement. 3 hours and many ignored calls later when I finally got through to them they continually hung up on me, berated us, mocked us for trying to get a replacement, then aggressively told us to come to them to get our money if we cared so much and hung up. To be honest by the way they spoke over the phone I didn't want to face them in person but I will NOT be ordering from here again. They mockingly told us how can we complain about cheese in our order as if it wasnt a big deal, how can a food establishment have such an ignorant attitude when dairy (and other food) allergies are such a real and hard thing to deal with without people like him dismissing them. Really quite disappointed, we have been using Mediterranean BBQ for that last few years as we believed them to be the best. But unfortunately the quality has really declined of late. The portions have got much smaller and less effort has been put into each dish. I understand the price of ingredients has gone up but I’d rather pay extra to have the original portions and standard etc. My food tonight was minimal, dry and really uninspiring.
