Me and my girlfriend were on a night out last night visiting from Leeds and this was the place we talked about and wanted to go to most. We go out every weekend and always have the same drinks, a sol for me and gin Lime lemonade for my partner, we ordered our first drinks and all was fine, I went for the second round and the same girl served me, I yet again as always ordered a sol and a gin lime and lemonade, she gave me a sol and 2 lime and lemonades (no gin) and charged me 7.40, I said is it 2 for 1 ? She replied no you ordered 2 lime and lemonade and a sol. I said I didn't all I want is 1 gin lime and lemonade and 1 sol. She then took the 2 lime and lemonade a away and threw them away (after paying for them anyway) came back and gave me another Lime and lemonade (no gin) and charged me and extra 5.40 , I tried to ask why she is charging me again but she was shaking her head. So after paying over 13 pounds for 2 drinks my girlfriend noticed there was still no gin in her drink she took it back and said we have paid 13 pounds for 2 drinks and there isn't any gin in this and he only has a sol, the manager came and we explained we told the manager and the lady who served us to try the drink and I Garuntee they will agree there is no gin init, they refused to try the gin and told us there was a double shot it there and said to us I believe her not you. They then got us a single gin to replace the one we told them had nothing in it we tried it and compared it to the other one and it proved there was simply no gin in the other one. So in a nut we got charger £13.80 for 1 sol and 1 gin a lemonade which cost us 8 pounds first time round, gave us 3 drinks which just had lime and lemonade in (because apparently that's what I ordered) then threw them down the sink after telling them there mistake, (even though I paid for them) called us liars and was very rude. We hate complaining that's why I just paid it to not cause a fuss but then to find out I had paid 13.80 for a soft drink and a sol I thought I had to say something and then got this treatment. We won't be coming back, we left straight away and felt gutted as we'd looked forward to coming here. First time in jalou on Saturday! I had such an great time, especially when the camera man, who was clearly a genius in his own right, refused to take a picture of me. I mean, who needs a souvenir of a fun day out, right?

Not only did this camera man possess an incredible talent for capturing the essence of his own arrogance, but he also had an unparalleled ability to threaten me with expulsion, just because I politely asked for a photo again? I must say, I'm quite impressed by his multitasking skills—refusing a photo while simultaneously playing the role of the all-powerful club bouncer. Pure genius.

I've always wanted a personal encounter with such an artistic and accommodating individual. The camera man's ego and complete disregard for customer service totally made my experience unforgettable. I'll cherish those moments forever, or at least until I find another club with a camera man who's even more determined to sabotage the day.

I just can't contain my excitement at the thought of sharing this incredible story with all my friends. I'm sure they'll be green with envy over my encounter with the world's most talented camera man, who masterfully balances the art of taking pictures with being a complete idiot. I have never been so disappointed in a venue and the complete hypocrisy that occured on Friday evening.

When I booked last week I made a booking for 13 people. I was told this would not be a problem and I happily paid my deposit.

When the group arrived at the venue your doorman refused us entry and would not let us in as he said we were all to drunk and no big groups allowed.

A majority of people were drunk but we were celebrating a special occasion, I cannot possibly understand the grounds for refusing entry just because people were deemed "too drunk". Nobody was falling over and everyone was polite and respectful.

If the club's policy according to the doorman is no big groups. Why was our deposit and booking accepted in the first place? I cannot understand why this booking was accepted if the known likelihood was that we would be refused entry.

The doorman told me to contact you and assured me a full refund would be given.
