⭐️ 0/5 – Terrible First Experience
I visited the T and French Toast Narborough Road branch for the first time and honestly, it was a complete letdown. I ordered the original French toast with strawberries, as none of the other flavours appealed to me. When I got home and opened my order, I realised there were no strawberries at all. Not a single one. What made it worse was the lack of communication — not one person thought to inform me before I left. Instead, all I got were blank nods, which is nowhere near proper customer service.
While waiting for my order, I couldn’t help but notice how unclean the shop was. The tables were covered in dirty plates and crumbs from previous customers, and nobody made any effort to clean them up the entire 20 minutes we sat there. It’s not like the place was even busy — there was absolutely no excuse for that level of neglect.
If the staff are lazy to clear tables or communicate properly with customers, they really shouldn’t be working there. Customers expect basic standards — cleanliness, courtesy, and clear communication — none of which were present.
Overall, it was an extremely poor first impression. Between the missing strawberries, lack of service, and dirty tables, this branch completely failed to deliver. Zero stars if I could. Definitely...
Read moreI recently visited JUST, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! I tried their pistachio milkshake, and it was nothing short of perfection. The rich, creamy texture combined with the authentic flavour of pistachios created a drink that was both indulgent and refreshing. It’s evident that they use high-quality ingredients and take great care in crafting their offerings.
The ambience of the shop was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a sweet treat or a unique milkshake, I wholeheartedly recommend giving JUST a try. I’ll definitely be returning to explore more...

The gentleman behind the till looked tired couldn’t be bothered dragging his heels to make our teas. Like most places the Karak Chai here was the same...
