After several visits this place is a joke. Every single time there is an issue to the point I refuse to leave the hatch on drive through until checked. I don't know why I have been back, I guess its because I do love KFC bit this store and staff are horrendous. In July I had 2 guys after accusing me of hiding food, close the window after basically throwing (the missing chips and Popcorn chicken) into my car,

In September I only had 2 chicken fillets and they wanted me to give everything back to check and then ended up arguing between each other ...

Then today after a large order I was given 8 fillets not 12 in the boneless dipping deal. I opened it on spot. The servers said no there is 12 so I had to dangle the buckets out the window for them to count them then they had a go at the staff preparing. No apologies, no compensation for waiting and having to plead following thier mistakes etc

Please check your order before leaving and be ready for grief if they have made a mistake!

Old review from 2022...Standard KFC. Went in late at 8pm. Quite quiet but we had to clean our own table and from order to table it took 22 minutes. Not good enough for a small order, no explanation and a fast food place. Food lovely and...

Have been three times since the opening at different times/days. The order point for food is still not working so you need to order at the first window still, no big deal. However twice the staff i've ordered from are unsure on parts of their menu, and have stated that something i've seen on the signs at the lead up to the drive through, isn't on the menu.

The wait has never been excessive so far, the main issue has been getting the plastic cutlery with rice boxes, first time i bought one i expected there to be a spoon in the bag but there wasn't and i had to go back to get one, the second and third time I've asked before leaving the drive through and employees have provided them but acted as if it's a terrible strain for them to do so

Hopefully just teething issues, would love for it to run a little smoother when it's been open a bit longer and the staff are more familiar with their jobs

Food has always been great however, which is what's earned the 2 stars, the three that are missing though, all come down...

Came here on a lunch/early afternoon period. Parking available. Sad a suit down meal and found the place very clean and the toilets were being cleaned at the time I went to use them.. Good news. Food - had barbecue chicken box and the piece original... The three piece was of the usual standard expected by me and thoroughly enjoyable. The barbecue pieces were barely warm. Having eaten two with no difference I returned then to be given a fresh tub with no argument or issue. Sadly the new box was the same on first bite but it's remained at the counter to test. The staff raised the issue straight away with the duty manager DylanM who tested the remaining pots for temperature, made an apology and advised me that if I could wait a few moments I could have freshly cooked food, which I agreed. A short while later, the fresh food was brought to my table and was perfect. Dylan M and his team are a credit to the KFC...
