Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

I love Costa but this particular branch left me so disappointed. Granted it was a Saturday afternoon but all I seen was very young people working there, judging how they were they hadn't been there long so didn't really have a clue as to what to do or what they needed to do. Tables were not cleared after customers had left so the place looked awful, waited approx 15mins for drinks after they had been ordered. Despite there being free tables we were moved off the table until after we had purchased drinks. Standing in the queue with 3 children was not very amusing for either of us. Staff always so friendly and helpfull. Nothing too much trouble for them. Gorgeous gingerbread latte, tasted one at Xmas been addicted ever since. Sometimes they don't put enough gingerbread syrup in but they have no problem putting extra in when I tell a member of staff. It isn't the cheapest place but Def not the most expensive. I think food and beverage quality is worth paying for in my opinion. Omg got to mention the salted caramel muffin well yummy ask for extra fesh coz have had one that had been out a while didn't taste as nice so I always ask for a fresh one out of...

Firstly. Iv been to many Costa's and this is one of the only ones that seem to have a working toilet ... for now!

Given this 3 stars because I didn't order anything else apart from a hot chocolate. It was also alittle dirty, especially the toilets! Focusing more on the drinks than cleaning up ...

Sadly, rating hot chocolates. This is probably my least favorite White Chocolate. This seems to be made from Syrup and you can see the Syrup separate with the milk, giving a yellow spotty hue to it.

I'll go back but I'll just stick to a normal hot...
