Really lovely service and a lovely atmosphere, staff are really really helpful and friendly. Fab food and lovely coffee with a good variety of options. They have a few offers and a stamp scheme, for each purchase you get a card stamped, at 10 I think it is you get a free coffee. You get an extra stamp if you use your own cup. Discount on takeaway and using the app. You can preorder with the app and have delivery. There is limited seating and some space outside if the shop is full. They allow dogs, well behaved, not sitting on the furniture. They have a house coffee they use regularly but you can try their promotion coffee bean it changes each month I think, they also sell bags of coffee and sometimes have offers on last month's taster bean. They offer hot and cold drinks and muffins, cake and a selection of lunch in a fridge. Food can be pricey but it's a really nice treat. I have been a regular customer of Cafe Nero at Fforestfach Retail Park. I have on occasion did my work there while enjoying my drink. I liked the fact I could sit, use wireless and have access to a power socket. The staff were extremely friendly, joyful and professional. 2 staff in particular stand out, Ffion and Oskar. Always polite, cheerful and courteous going the extra mile. Highly recommend this branch. So far the best branch I have been to so far out of the Cafe Nero chain. I visited today with my girlfriend (24/09/23). Just wanted to say how impressed I was with both of the staff working here today (13:15). It was a brown haired man and a blonde woman.

As well as being super welcoming and opening the door for us both. They were both very quick to make a great tasting coffee. You really got a sense they both enjoyed working here together and their cheeriness was infectious.
