Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

I had the pleasure of visiting this Costa Coffee shop recently (18/11/24) and I was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a well-maintained and clean seating area that made me feel right at home.

What truly stood out, though, was the staff. The barista who made my coffee (I wish I’d caught their name, they were working around midday) was exceptionally friendly and professional. They took the time to prepare my order with care, and the result was one of the best lattes I’ve ever had from Costa. Perfectly smooth, with just the right balance of flavors. Much nicer than the Costa across the road, but again very noisy when it's busy. It would be great if there was a wall or screen between the coffee machines and the seating area to block out some of the noise. It would be good if they had the book shelves for purchasing books to donate to the Costa Foundation like other Costas have. Easier to park than across the road as well. Staff friendlier in...

Costa Dunelm side. Service appalling! Hardly any choice of toasties, panini's etc. Child vegetarian. Place exceptionally quiet so no excuse to restock fridge. 3 members staff for 6 customers who'd been served. Asked for latte but info re: flavours poor.
