Lezzet cafe — Restaurant in Wales

Absolutely shocking service. Been on site since I left school, going to a different cafe every week and this why by far the worse service I had. First waited 2.5 hours for my food (10.20-12.50) which was wrong, sent it back without paying, took them another hour (then 1.50) before I called them back at which point they said it was my fault and argued with me for 40 minutes over them getting the order wrong and taking hours somehow being my fault. Then they took till 2:55 to make the delivery. At which point the food was cold, there was 1 sausage per sandwich, the bacon was basically still raw, the sandwich was cold and had been shoved into a box too small for it. Thought “ahh well, at least they sent the black coffee this time.” Nope. Very milky tea. Absolutely vile cafe with even worse customer service. Would rather go a day without food next time. Enjoyed our first visit and wanted to try it for a while but the look did make me avoid. Not disappointed though as food was lovely and not expensive. Your typical builders cafe based on the swans from the prem and promotion days.

Parking was great and easy access, quick service and lovely friendly ladies in there.

Bonus was a little table football (a little beaten) and kids TV on which was super helpful as we had 2 kids. Coffee was very nice too. We were allowed to have the milky coffee for no additional cost on breakfast cost.

Points that could be improved are the lighting as its very dark coming from outside. The table plastic covers also peeling and collecting dirt and it wasn't the cleanest when we went. Our table and the high chair were dirty.

I ordered via Uber eats just now and overall I rate this as a beautiful breakfast. A few downfalls , such as food arriving cold and the toast just arriving as warm buttered bread. However the breakfast itself was one of the best I’ve had. I’m a fussy eater but I found everything so high quality. The sausage was like a chip shop sausage, and the bacon was high grade quality bacon. I hate greasy breakfasts and this tasted far from that. All so beautiful and needed no extra seasoning. Coffee also tasted very good quality and the lady whom delivered was so lovely. Woukd deffinitely order again. Maybe next time though I’d eat there rather than ordering to avoid it being cold and ensuring the toast is actually toast. But It was nothing that the toaster and microwave couldn’t sort in less than a minute. Thankyou , I...
