Latest review of this mcdonald's. Staff pleasant. BUT STILL NO MILKSHAKES. The franchise owner needs to show some care for this store, the customers and the employees who work there by sorting this out. TIM LAMB, show some pride.

Yet another updated review to share my disappointment after visiting this McDonald's: As is so often the case, no milkshakes available. Drive through queue was 45 mins wait. Chips were cold, soggy, and no salt added. Burgers tasted as if they had been warmed up in a microwave. Unbelievable that new management has not been brought in to sort out what must be one of the worst McDonald's in the country.

Most recent review: Ordered a smoothie today which, when delivered, was only just over half full. Asked one of the employees and she was rude and unhelpful. While sat with our food, security were stood next to a deliquent who was apparently banned from the store but was allowed to be in there spewing out vile language.

Even newer review: No burgers today! Repeated disappointment from this branch of McDonald's.

New review: I remain happy with the staff but very regularly this McDonald's is missing items from its menu. Milkshakes especially. Very disappointing.

Terrible experience at this macdonalds . I was going through the drive through and the car infront was holding everyone up I saw a food order placed in the window. When the girl passed the order to the driver he looked in the bag and said it was not his , it was then placed at the side of the window for around 4 mins. When I got to the window they gave me the order which was by the window I looked in the bag and it was cold I refused the order and said I wanted it cooked fresh the girl was was rude she went by the name of Jemma and should not work on the window she then said I had to go to a bay as I pulled off she said go on then get on with it . I reversed back to window and asked to chat to the manager he made her say sorry but she didn't mean it .I went to the bay and after 5 mins they brought me my meal which was exactly the same meal as before but this time the chips were put in the bag upside down and all over the bottom of the bag . I have made a complaint to customer service avoid this macdonalds as they are rude and unprofessiona L ,and absolutely disgrace as far as...

Tim is the only good thing about this McDonald’s!

As quick as I am to critique places negatively, I also believe in giving credit where it’s due. Tim was very friendly and helpful with a lovely smile. He was left to clean the entire restaurant on a Friday night- which had all the seating area closed off by 9pm- while his colleagues hung around in the back. There were flies circling around the tables and food service counter and food all over the floor (which Tim was quick to clearing). The napkins had to be requested as no one had restocked the container, ice lattes were not available (not really a shock at this point). It genuinely appeared that Tim was the only member of staff working and I would bet on it that he’ll be the last one left cleaning tonight. Yet again the usual bland service (this time with the added bonus of meeting Tim which was a genuine pleasure) from our local McDonald’s aka (as my partner puts it) the worst McDonald’s in the country by far. The 5*s for service are for Tim ONLY!...
