Food is freezing last this week the service is shockingly slow and food is still freezing on second trip. Worse than last time. Serious problems in this restaurant from top down. Was given drinks. Told to go to the next window at drive thru and after 5 mins was given ice cream after a 5 mins wait. told that's me and i can go.
Explained I hadn't received my actual food order Waited 10 further mins until it took me blowing horn to get noticed sitting at second window. 10 to 15 cars easily served after me. Manager got food but didn't understand frustration as had sat for 15 mins. Not exactly fast food.
Basically he said he was off shift and he had solved issue and I had food now so what's the problem. Other customers approached as missing items also and waiting others sitting in waiting bays aswell. I explained its shocking the and you don't get this at other restaurants. You pull up you get your food and you go. Told go their then! Ask for his manager. Frazer blamed it on being a new restaurant which meanwhile the jnr manager paddy (assume Patrick is his real name) is in background saying report us. He doesn't care he is off shift and helping. Not an acceptable excuse and shocking customer service. And senior manager should have removed him form situation.
Will not be back. Utter disgrace on both visits. Live in area and will be reporting restaurant to eho. Bins overflowing. Litter around area and liter picks are not being done. Complained to mcdonalds through website and told an internal investigation will take place but nothing will be communicated back.
I'd avoid at all cost and go to castlemilk, pollockshaws or Dalmarnock if really want a mcdonalds. At least your food will be hot and fresh by the time you get home. Shambles and 1 star is even to much...

I was charged £4.47 as per photo attached. I questioned the price with the cashier at the drivethru and he said it was correct even thou the screen said £3.89. I questioned the price again when collecting my order the girl and the manager said it was correct £4.47 I even said it seems wrong and the app said £3.89 and the screen at the drivethru said £3.89. I was told it was correct and the app occasionally have deals. I noticed I was charged separately for each item and this time went in to complain. Handed over the receipt and was meant by a frosty attitude from the young manager who went away and another manager appeared again not the happiest of people and again no apology. I asked why I was lied to 3 times, twice by staff and the manager to which I was told the manager only looked at the top line of my receipt which shows £0.00 I was refunded the difference but its the principle and the deceit your staff have. They have no customer service skills. It felt as if they come out with any lies just to get rid of customers. There was no help, no one looked into my question correctly and I felt it was my fault its my problem not theirs. This place needs closing and the franchise holder held accountable for such a disgrace of the way people are treated the shambles of the food quality!
