Miam Miam — Restaurant in Great Britain

Genuinely exceptional. It isn't often that I struggle to pick a dish from a menu but at miam miam I was thankful it is small dishes because there are so many fantastic things on the menu. It's the small touches that really tell you about this restaurant I think, and the level of cooking, the brine on the pickles is perfectly balanced, the shawarma seasoning is good enough you could open a whole restaurant serving just that shawarma. I sit here afterwards so full I doubt I will need to eat for a week and yet if you brought me another plate I would have to try it just because each dish excelleled in its own way that I would be excited to see how miam miam cooked it.

Best restaurant in Congleton! Tried this last night and absolutely loved it. Tapas style but decent sized portions and great value - 6 tapas (enough for 2) and a good bottle of NZ Sauvignon Blanc cost re. £74. My favourites were the whipped feta and walnut, the tempura prawns, and the nduja potatoes but everything was delicious!

The chef/owner Enrico came to talk to us after our meal, it’s clear that he is very passionate about great food and we are very lucky to have his French fine dining training here in Congleton. The waiting staff are lovely and accommodating - we had a free mushroom dish to compensate for a small wait which was a welcome touch, not that we minded the wait at all as it’s a very relaxed way of eating! A great decision that my partner and I made to eat out , we had wanted to try this restaurant for a while but had been too busy but we have finally tried it and it exceeded our expectations.

Our first experience here at Miam Miam was perfect, the fast customer service from the waiting staff never had us feeling like we were waiting to order.

We had regular visits from the chef asking how the food was which made the both of us feel welcome and that he took real pride in his food.

Our favourites were the sea bass which my partner says is unbelievable and I would have to say the beef rib is unreal.
