Amazing again!

I needed to return for a final visit before migrating to the northeast after experiencing incredible food on previous visits.

This occasions burger choice was the 'B.B King'. Superb tasting juicy pulled brisket on top a flavoursome quarter pound patty. The place has never had pickles which I consider a crime against burger law BUT they use a delicious pickle relish which adds nicely to the flavours. I still prefer the satisfying crunch of a sliced gherkin though! Can't fault their burgers otherwise, quality from bottom bun to top bun.

Their sweet potato fries always go down a treat and come in a generous helping. Same for the house slaw although that maybe is slightly overpriced for the amount provided.

I added 3 ribs and 2 chicken tenders which were again beautifully crisp. I wouldn't recommend getting them plain because they have no seasoning in the coating. The BBQ dip went well with them though. I only received 1 rib but I was quickly brought out more. These were as fantastic as I remember from my first visit. Super tasty chinese style sauce and great meat.

The service from the girls was excellent as always. This place is a real joy to eat at and I feel fortunate to have done so a few times. I highly recommend you do the same!

Previous visit: Incredible food!

I've been meaning to return after enjoying the place so much last time and it even managed to even supersede my previous visit!

The 'Dirty Burger' was amongst the best I've ever had (and I've had MANY). Delicious pulled brisket and pork which was bathed nicely in the sauce. It was also lovely and tender. The beef patty had great flavour too. The relish and fresh lettuce were great additions too. Pickles are always a must for me on burgers but I was able to overlook that fortunately!

Fantastic chicken tenders with a really crisp nacho crumb coating. I opted for garlic butter & parmesan and highly recommend.

The sweet potato fries were superb again. Light and crispy. Plenty of them too. Refreshing heap of house slaw to complete my delightful feast.

The venue has a great feeling and the staff are a pleasure. The lady serving me in particular provided excellent service. I'd be sure to say there can't be a better place for burgers around the area.

1st visit: Highly recommend! I couldn't fault anything I ate nor the level of service. Because of the huge array of options on the menu I was thinking I'd be coming back before even ordering. After eating a fantastic meal I can say for sure that I'll be going back!

I had the 'Hamwich' burger which had a lovely crisp nacho coated chicken breast and tasty pulled ham hock housed in a soft potato bun with just the right amount of cheese sauce. A really enjoyable burger. The ribs were also superb. Amazing flavour from the chinese style seasoning. PERFECT sweet potato fries, crispy but light and fluffy in the middle. I could have eaten them for hours. Some refreshing house slaw completed my delightful fill of grub.

Really pleasant staff and a cozy establishment. I'm excited to return and try some other delights...

We used Reubens takeaway delivery service for the first time on Saturday, after having eaten in there many times and really enjoying the food.

However I was very disappointed in the service received. The food did arrive on time which was great, but on sitting down to eat and opening the boxes, we discovered we had someone else’s order! I called the restaurant to tell them but they already knew, as whoever had our order had also done the same thing. I was told the delivery driver would come back for it. He did come back yes, but then tried to hand me back the correct order that someone else had opened and checked also!! I couldn’t believe this is what the driver had been told to do! Even in normal circumstances I would not have accepted this let alone during a covid lockdown when I was isolating! I then got a call from the restaurant saying that the new order would be made as quick as possible. When the correct order did arrive the food was actually not very good. BBQ ribs were very dry and the whole meal tasted like it was reheated. Very disappointed in the whole service or rather lack of customer...

Although the review listing is for a hotel we called for food and I have to say it was one of the best burger meals I've ever eaten. The restaurant has a great atmosphere with cool mixed decor. We sat at the front of the building which has a pub type aesthetic. The staff were super friendly and had us seated and with drinks served in super fast time. We ordered a good selection of meals with chicken, beef and vegan items. They were all served nice and quickly and presented excellently. The meals were all cooked to perfection with the beef burgers served medium (again perfect). Spice and seasoning levels on all of the meals was spot on and everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything. Four adult meals with sides, 3 desserts and a few drinks each came to just over £100 which was very reasonable for the quality of food.
