Okells Hoole — Restaurant in Great Britain

We had such a wonderful meal at Okells. It was a cold day, and with no power at home due to the storm, I chose the sausage roll to warm me up. What a result! This is without doubt the best sausage roll I’ve ever had - light and crispy pastry with proper sized and flavourful filling - worthy of a handshake! Easily found a table on a Saturday lunch time, the customer service was great and the food absolutely lovely (we had the pastrami, emmental and sweet mustard bagel, goats cheese and caramelised red onion toasted sandwich and poached eggs on toast each with a drink which came to £35, I do wish the bagel had come with a small salad like the toastie did) The shop, cafe and garden are all fully accessible (including wheel chairs and prams). The cafe itself is nice, and the team behind the counter, etc are friendly. I reached out to Okells via email and never got a response, followed by me sending a follow up (again with no response). Just seems a bit unprofessional or rude. The coffee is usually pretty decent, although the last time I went it was lukewarm (usually better for latte art) but it didn't even look great and came spilled 😅 Honestly not sure I want to go back as it just seems a little rough...
