Who in their right mind gives 5 stars to a business that smells like piss, has filthy tables, roaming dogs begging for food where the floor is soaked with all types of booze, giving off aromas that of a pisshead’s crouch after months without shower. The locals here look really lost in life; it feels like their only goal in life is to be there in that filth, while trying to find a sense of belonging. I am not going into decor. I came to Newquay 2 yr ago. This place is locals run. The owner is hard but fair. There is never one atmosphere and you meet people from all walks of life. Josh, Joel, Ivan, Dan and the other bar staff are legends and will treat you with pure respect. There are musicians who pop in on occasions and liven up the crowd in the smoking and conservertory area. I LOVE IT...
