This was our favourite place until tonight. Whenever we have friends visiting us we take them there. For a work friend’s leaving party we went there from start to the end it was a disaster. There was a girl with black polo shirt who likes like part of management should not work for hospitality as she had no people skills. She came to the table when we arrived i thought she will greet us! Instead she said because you changed your pre order couple of times(she is talking about a friend whose car broke down so could not make it) she wanted to clarify our order! No hello welcome nothing! Then food arrived I asked for a pint of coke has not arrived for 10 - 15minutes i was almost done with my main course and i wanted to ask if they forgot same person came and said the postmix system not working they did not think off to come and tell us that for 10-15 minutes. We ordered desserts the portion was a joke. My tiramisu was the size of my thumb for £7. In the end we asked for the bill normally they being limoncello shots this time I think they decided we dont deserve it! Then the bill came wrong! They charged the pizza we never had so when we mention she got upset and told us yes but you booked 8 and you were 7 we could use that seat so she charged us £10 for not using the 8th chair. While she thinks we wasted a seat she was sitting behind our table doing caah up all night not using that table for a guest but our 8th chair bothered her. Clearly we will...

This is not Italian Restaurat!

The food has got no taste or flavours.

The soup of the day was tomato soup that tasted worse than the soup you can buy in a tin. It was "souposed" to be served with home made Italian bread, but received cheap white toast-bread without any olive oil or herbs, but with some cold croutons instead.

After we finnished the soup we had to wait over half hour for the main. We had to remind the staff we are still waiting for our meal as we were completely forgotten.

Mai - Pollo con spinaci

Grilled chicken breast was NOT topped with mix of ricotta, or spinach, or sundried italian tomatoes as advertised, but with some and spinach and smelly cheese which definitely was not parmesan. Forget about any herbs!

Mixed salad was a complete joke, bit of raw lettuce onion and cucumber. I am sure anyone that ever ate any real Italian food would taste the difference...

No one even came to ask if everything was OK? Asked for the bill, paid and left. Not even a thank you for coming...

If you want to eat plain non italian food without any taste this is the place for you. If you want a piece of Italy avoid this place as you won't...

Good value for money. The food menu was a little restrictive, but the taste was great and the service was excellent. The chef is probably a perfectionist. To guarantee a delicious meal, the chef chose to prepare a fresh meal instead of reheating the one that went cold on our. In my opinion, the wine menu will be fine for most people. You can ask the waiting staff to suggest a bottle that pairs well with your meal.

The lighting was just right. Table: Standard dining height, sizes were appropriate for number of seats, good spaces between table sets. There was no background music on the night we dined here, so the atmosphere largely came from guests, clinking of glasses and cutlery, which was nice. In terms of design, no theme was particularly obvious. Oh, the environment was clean.
