Pizzarella — Restaurant in Great Britain

We ordered a family takeaway but food took over 2 hours to arrive. When it did eventually arrive it was handed back to delivery driver as pizza was clearly burnt as well as cold. Eventually we did get our pizza delivered but not at a time we could eat together. I had earlier rang the order provider twice and explained our daughter is diabetic and we needed her food soon but after being told they had spoke to the pizza shop and it would arrive in ten minutes I had to ring them back again 25 minutes later and they weren’t the greatest in trying to resolve. We have used Pizzarealla many times in the past. The vast majority of time their pizzas have been at worse ok, to at best, very good. This however, was the first time we have used them in approximately 6 months. Today I can not give either of those ratings. We purchased a 12inch Tandoori pizza. It was not good.
