When the food came it was great but we waited 2 hours to get served. Service for menus, drinks, the bill etc also took exceptionally long- one member of the party had to keep looking for staff to prompt them. One waiter actually gestured rudely when one of us politely reminded him we’d ordered drinks. Also, staff didn’t tell us that they weren’t accepting card payments until it actually came to paying. When I politely mentioned we were a bit disappointed with the delays (we’ve been previously and not had the same poor level of service) the member of staff didn’t seem at all phased and disregarded what I said. Appalling food....disgusting and disgraceful customer service from the manager!used several times by myself only this time I ordered a takeaway and this is what was delivered....see attached photos and video!to then call them up to complain to have the manager lie as I asked to speak to the owner and he apparently arranged for me to go in the day after to see the owner.i then contacted the restraunt again to allow them to put wrongs right to have the manager again lie through his back teeth and make out I had sabotaged the food!the food isn't fresh!it's.frozen and reheated to order as you can see from the amount of water that was retained in my curry!do NOT use them!If you want a recommendation ..mowchak...

This restaurant gets the prize for the poorest service. Waiters too busy chatting to others who come and go from the restaurant who are not dining. No attempt to call by to see if you need another drink or check the food is ok. Tandoori Mixed Grill looked like it had been ordered from a takeaway in Leominster and delivers to the plate from an upturned foil carton with no attempt to disguise the fact it had been cooked hours earlier. The king prawn in the dish had the texture of chicken because it had been over cooked to within an inch of its life. Service was really slow. It took about an hour for any food other than the popadoms to arrive, and they did not taste like they had been...
