Seven Spice — Restaurant in Great Britain

Phoned to book a table. We were told they were full in the resteraunt but could fit us in at 7.30. We turned up to an almost empty restaurant and were told to wait. After 10min were told to go to a table and handed the menus to take with us. Waited another 15min and at no point were we offered a drink or even poppadoms. We felt like we did not exist not even a glance in our direction. At this point decided to leave. When I approched the waiter to say we were leaving and why, he clearly didn't care less. Massivly dissapointing as we were looking forward to trying a new indian resteraunt. Appalling service from staff that were more concerned about the takeaway orders then the resteraunt customers. Little to no atmosphere. Unable to comment on food as we ended up going back to our usual the Taj Mahal which did not disappoint. If I could give it less than 1...

Absolutely fab! I originally come from Birmingham and it's hard to find a curry that can match what Birmingham offers anywhere but Seven Spice was excellent. The restaurant itself is really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was beautifully cooked and the portions were generous. 2 days later I found myself and friends in a layby as are car had broken down. During the 4 hours waiting for recovery I called seven spice and they delivered yet another wonderful meal to our home address which was waiting for us when we got home (left in the garage as we had asked) . Thanks 7 spice...... Looking forward to...

Food was incredible, a taste explosion in my mouth. Everything was cooked to perfection and much more flavoursome than any Indian food I have previously tried. The green dip was really special too, not saying what it was, get over there to experience it for yourself. This place stands out above the rest with fast, attentive and friendly service, 8 highly recommend trying it out. Pops/dips 2 x rice, 2 x main, naan and 2 x drinks very reasonable £34.
