Wanted to try, as the restaurant has new staff and new menu, which we were told most of the produce is locally sorced. We were extremely impressed, our food was cooked to a very high standard, hot, very tasty, would recommend. Front of house young lady who served us was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Great secret pub, not many people know about this place. In a great location just a short walk from the town centre. Friendly, helpful landlord, great service. Reasonable prices.....and a good Jukebox - the reason...
