Special Wok Chinese — Restaurant in Great Britain

I order a Munchy box on delivroo website when I saw the picture of it it looked so nice all the food neatly set out and everything in it that we wanted , when it came I was excited to get stuck in but when I opened the pizza box it looked nothing like the picture either the restaurant just threw everything in not at all layed out like the picture or the delivery driver dropped it, but it was nothing like I expected there wasnt even any shredded chicken in it . Ordered a munchy box tonight as my partner and I fancied a Chinese we didn't know what was in it and we asked the staff and he explained everything to us loved everything in the box still hot when we got home will definitely order again we asked if we can swap things out and he said yes you can. Placed an order for delivery. Was told it would be an hour. Hour came and went. I gave them a call was told that my order had already been dispatched 5mins ago. Now I only live 10mins away from them. 20mins passed by so i called them again. They didn't know when my order was going to get there. I also asked to have a discount off the bill because of the time waiting. I wasnt given any and it took another 5mins for it arrive! Needless to say I wont be using them again!...
