Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Harlow

Really sorry, but this is the worst run Costa I have ever used- which is really frustrating for my hometown site- but every other Costa I have been in has given better service... to be given paper cups when sitting in (and mid afternoon, not just before closing) doesn't seem to me to align with Costa's green credentials or customer service.. Queensgate 100% better run.. couple of pointers for management- give your customers proper cups if they are sitting "in", update the dingy lighting, clear the tables occasionally, present your cakes/ pastries better- looked like yesterday's offerings.. sorry guys, the aim of this post is to help you make it as good as other sites, not...

Good and friendly that is why one star I change my star rating from 5 to 1 because my last 3 visits this place is getting very dirty Tables , floor , toilets etc Costas as delete it the word cleaning from his manual. And I say Costas because this seems the case for all Costas coffe shops. Sadly a long time customer will be moving to a different coffe shops because if you can see so much dirt everywhere what goes on behind the scenes scares me How this place have. 5 * food and higine...

Queue took flipping ages I almost gave up but was so cold and thirsty I hung on ....Been there a couple of times & usually quite quick that's why I chose it!
