OUTSTANDING in its field. Costa coffee in Wellington Way continually exceeds above all others. Jack the Manager has worked extremely hard to build a welcoming, hard-working team that provide excellent service EVERYTIME. He leads by example and is always dedicated to support his team. Great service and happy teamwork. We are always blown away by how efficient, lovely and engaging they all are. Tables are quickly cleared and cleaned. Queues are quickly served by the lovely young ladies who are always happy to help. Jack and his Team are the best Costa coffee Team without a doubt. Having been back a couple of times since, it would appear my original visit was an off day for Costa. My most recent visit was lovely, calm, quick service, outstanding and talented staff, beautiful coffee, and delicious chocolate twists! Plenty of seats available, even though lots of seats were taken, and it was a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

Honestly this branch is soo good. The staff literally bend over backwards and nothing is too much trouble. Today I was having a really bad day, I took my 3 children in for a treat. My one year old kicked the table and knocked my drink flying I was mortified. Told the staff (I was on the verge of a cry) and they literally cleaned up told me not to worry then got me a new drink. Also before we sat down the lady moved the tables around so we could all sit together. Honestly...
