Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Havant

Lovely food and lovely drinks shame about some of the staff though, I sat at the table after ordering and as I chose to eat in on this occasion I didn’t know if I wait for the order at the till or it’s table service so I was looking toward the till for no other reason then seeing when to collect my order.. I over heard your 2 members of staff say “who’s this one for” and another said “her the one that’s staring at us” made me feel very uncomfortable as I was only looking to see when to collect the order then when I was waiting for said order instead of calling me or telling me it was there it was just left and I got a “look” .. never had problems in there before and everyone is usually pleasent but on this occasion I felt they wasn’t regardless the food was nice as...

Extremely poor and rude service from the staff here today, so bad I will never set foot in this particular shop again, on the left black Forrest hot chocolate with no sprinkles & on the right Terry chocolate orange no sprinkles the girl making them was too busy on her mobile phone to do them properly, when I complained she told me they was nothing wrong them and they were made properly. The girl in this shop was argumentative and not willing to deal with my complaint. the Barista Maestro in store told me she couldn’t make me a drink because ‘it wasn’t on the menu’. I also work at Costa and we make drinks that aren’t on menu all the time, such as dirty chai’s and including syrups etc. if you can charge for it on the till there’s no reason you can’t make the drinks. just being really awkward for no reason. i’ve also been in more than one Costa that has been able to make me a white mocha, really not hard to charge for the syrup...
