Pizza Hut Havant — Restaurant in Havant

STAY AWAY! Ordered at 20:45 via uber eats, got a call a few minutes later from I presume the manager letting me know that they could fulfil the cheese bites on pizza as they didn’t have the cheese for anything stuffed crust. Should have just cancelled the order here and not proceed but have nothing else in until food delivery arrives tomorrow. So just got a pan crust pepperoni. Not fully pizza huts fault on the extreme delay in delivery taking over 1 hr 45 minutes.. called the restaurant about 22:00 and said if we could collect as I’m pregnant, hungry and still had no driver allocated. They said we could collect it (hubby left to collect and 5 mins later finally got allocated a driver so I called the restaurant back to let them know a driver would be coming not us) Asked about the food being kept warm or recooked as I’m sure it was finished cooking at 21:05/21:10 and would be cold. A employee told me that the manager said they couldn’t recook the pizza as its policy, was told food was sat on top of the over so would be ‘warm’. Pretty bad the manager couldn’t even jump on the call. The pizza wasn’t even Luke warm. Luckily planned and put the oven on so had to wait another 15 mins for the food to heat back up before eating. Extra dip I ordered was missing.. not like the food hadn’t been sat there for nearly hour and half and someone couldn’t have checked it, it was clearly stated on the order receipt.

Pizza and wedges were cold and had to reheat. Garlic bread we ate cold as we were hungry but tasted like cardboard. As can see from pictures looks like half the wedges are missing.. didn’t even fill half the box. And the pizza was missing most the cheese and I wouldn’t call it a pepperoni feast was lucky to get 1 slice of pepperoni on a slice… honestly the quality checking from here is awful, have given this place one too many chances...

Im staying with my family for a few days on Hayling Island. We wanted Pizza and we wanted to collect our order but having no idea about the quality I read the reviews about this Pizza branch first. I always do that before ordering food from a new place. The reviews were on balance favourable. However, our overall experience was terrible and this branch of Pizza Hut should be avoided. I ordered for collection. Two of my family refuse to eat any meat and wanted a vegetarian large pizza. We also ordered a Pepperoni Feast for those of us that do. We also had various side orders. I arrived at the store and was shocked at the condition. It was like arriving into a ghetto area. The store itself is filthy. The best thing I can say about the staff is that they are rude. They managed to get my order wrong although I didn't discover that until I returned back to my holiday residence. The vegetarian pizza had small pieces of meat scattered under the cheese and so was inedible. All in all my best advice would be avoid ordering food from here. The shop is dirty and the staff rude. I normally wouldn’t write reviews as it’s just fast food but I had such a bad experience I ought to warn others. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have ordered several times through the app and every time the pizza is delivered cold, items forgotten and has taken over 50 minutes for delivery. Today my order never turned up after spending over £40 and waiting for an hour. I then phoned the hut only to be told that they can’t do anything as I ordered through the app. They couldn’t offer a refund and they said they can make fresh but I would have to collect (if I wanted collection I would have collected to begin with). The customer service was shocking from the shift manager tonight. I believe his name was KD but I doubt he gave me a real name. This is the last time I’ll order here. Avoid at all costs. The Pizza Hut staff and delivery drivers are diabolical. It’s embarrassing how people can’t run a shift in a pizza store in Havant and get food orders out...
