Havant Kebab — Restaurant in Havant

I once gave an amazing review of Havant Kebab and Pizza, for years we got to know each other and the food was always amazing. However I ordered now a long while ago a Eclipse Pizza and there was a sharp piece of plastic inside the topping. Luckily I chew my food properly I discovered it and pulled it out of my mouth. Due to the fond relationship I HAD with the restaurant I called them directly to advise my experience. The response I received was 'so I take it you have gone off the Pizza's then' I did explain mistakes happen and was given a mediocre apology. I said I would still use them but upon my next order I would give them the piece of jagged plastic found in my Pizza so they could see it as if I had swallowed it I would have either choked to my demise or it would have wounded me internally. On my use after the driver whom turned up I gave him the piece of plastic wrapped in kitchen roll paper and told the owners I would do so but heard nothing. The reason I am posting this now with having been months ago, my own mum ordered food from a Indian restaurant on Monday 26th February and there was a piece of plastic in her curry and the restaurant were so apologetic and sorry and presented her with a 40% off discount voucher for the occurrence. Now it not that I would have wanted a free meal from Havant Kebab and Pizza or a voucher, all I would have appreciated was some acknowledgement as to how dangerous the situation was. But I had nothing. Considering the years of custom I had given and also us knowing each other, I had no further communication from them or any acknowledgement they even received the piece of plastic I found in my Pizza. I have concluded that Havant Kebab and Pizza are happy to take your money but not show any responsibility in food hygiene or customer loyalty, even though I've not used them for many months their dangerous mistake to me wasn't important as they still have plenty of other...

Had two orders from them in the last week. Kebab plus trimmings which arrived in about 10 minutes was gob smacked how fast they got it out to me. Pizza last night which was around 30 mins. Both decent meals and delivered by courteous delivery drivers.

Having seen some complaints on Google about lateness I asked the first driver about the busyness of their shop and he was glad someone actually wanted to check when are good times to order ( before 7pm is quiet) and of course he said if you're ever unsure please call them. Typically the weekends are the worst and can cause lateness.

People if your starving and its the weekend use you're brain and call before you order if its 7pm onwards and check if...

We use this kebab shop regularly but it has started to really go downhill with our last couple of deliveries, we spent £40 this evening and when it came it was cold, I ordered a large portion of meat for my son and it didn’t even cover the bottom of the tray, my husband had a large Donna and all the salad was wilted (not fresh) especially the cabbage, I had a chicken wrap which I didn’t have any issues with and my other son had a large lamb shish kebab which was a bit dry. Such a shame as we really used to enjoy it from here but I don’t think we will be again for a while and that way hopefully it will pick up...
